Our Online Exchange Policy is Simple—We’re Here to Help!
Exchanges usually take a few days to arrange with our delivery partners, so we appreciate your patience. We are happy to exchange your items within 7 days if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tags, sales receipt, and original Maha packaging.
We do not offer refunds unless an item you ordered with a credit card goes out of stock or if you receive a damaged product.

Please note that even lightly used items are not eligible for exchange.
Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process, but we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
Products purchased on promotion or sale are not eligible for exchange. If you buy an item at its original price and it goes on sale later, you can only exchange it based on the new discounted price.
