Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service takes 10-12 working days. During high order volumes or sales periods, delivery may take up to 12-15 working days. Customized orders also require 10-12 working days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Note: Public holidays may affect delivery times.
Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Order Cancellation: Under internet selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel, please contact us at info@shopmahaabayas.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before dispatch. A full refund will be provided, excluding shipping costs.
Return and Care: The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend insuring the parcel for the value of the goods and retaining all records of delivery.
Refusing or Not Accepting the Shipped Order: Once the order is shipped, you are obliged to receive it. If you fail to receive the order or refuse it due to reasons such as tax payment or incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to Maha. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any orders and must be paid in advance.
Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses: We will not accept responsibility for items delivered to incorrect locations due to insufficient or incorrect address information provided.
Exchanges and Returns: Paid orders will not be returned or exchanged. In case of a damaged item, you must make another purchase of the same amount in exchange. Products purchased during sales periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
